FAQs

Why should I share my story?

Opening up and sharing your story can be a powerful step on your healing journey. Maybe you’ve walked through a storm recently, or perhaps your challenges lie further behind you — either way, your story matters.

When you share what you’ve been through, something shifts. Life can feel a little lighter when you no longer carry everything alone. Your words can remind someone else that they’re not lost in their chaos — that there’s hope, and that healing is possible. And in return, you may find warmth and connection in realizing that you’re not alone either. It’s a beautiful exchange of courage and compassion — truly a win-win.

Who is my story for?

We’ve all faced chaos, pain, or loss in one form or another. Sometimes it’s one thing; sometimes it’s many, all at once. Your story will reach the person who needs it most, in the exact moment they need it.

What touches someone depends on where they are in life and what they’re going through. You never know whose heart your words might reach — but they will reach someone. Life keeps changing, and so do the stories that speak to us.

Do I have to tell my story in English?

No, not at all. You can write in your preferred language, and we’ll take care of the translation. We publish stories in English so that our message can travel further — reaching people and partners all around the world who might need to hear it.

How can I share my story?

That’s completely up to you. You can write it down, tell it over the phone, or meet with us in person — whichever way feels most comfortable and true to you.

Do I have to follow a specific structure?

Your story is your own, and you can tell it in your own words. We might ask a few gentle questions to help guide you, such as “How did it all begin?” or “Where are you now, and how did you find your way through?” These help us capture the full journey — from struggle to strength.

Do I have to reveal my identity?

You don’t have to. You can stay anonymous if that feels safer. Still, we’ve seen how powerful it can be when a story carries a real face and name — it often touches hearts more deeply, and feels more genuine and human. But the choice is always yours.

What can I include in my story?

You’re welcome to share whatever feels meaningful to you — your emotions, your experiences, and the turning points along the way. Tell it as it was for you: the thoughts, the fears, the strength you found, and how you kept moving forward.

We believe stories are most powerful when they come from the heart. Whether your journey is still unfolding or long behind you, your truth has the power to bring comfort, courage, and connection to others who might be walking a similar path.
